Workout the Bad Vibes

While you already know about our love for coffee and a good glass of wine, be also believe like is all about balance. Being a teacher is one of the most rewarding careers, and we love getting to be the magic for our students, but it is a job that comes with a lot of stress and expectations. To help balance those feelings, we love to workout the bad vibes.

We have found the best way to cope with the stress and anxiety from our jobs (besides a good glass of wine) has been exercise. In fact, we quote Elle Woods from Legally Blonde to each other quite frequently. When we worked together in the same school building, we would find a workout to do in our classroom using Camp Gladiator or Beachbody.

One thing we learned pretty quickly in our workout journey together is that we LOVE good jams. There’s something about a good song that just hits different. We would find ourselves pushing each other, while taking a couple of breaks to belt out the chorus of our favorite 2000s jams.

Side note: if you’re looking for an Amazon dupe for Lulu shorts – THESE are it! So comfy and make the workout more stylish 🙂

The Jams

Like we said, we LOVE a good jam to workout to. I (Jackie) compiled a list of my favorite 2000s jams that really get me excited in a workout.
